WHO WE ARE

Remember ME Community Outreach is a 501(c)(3) youth development organization committed to empowering young people ages 12–19 with the tools, support, and opportunities needed to change the trajectory of generational and community poverty.

Through a holistic and evidence-based approach, we focus on mental wellness, career readiness, and financial literacy to help youth build confidence, strengthen decision-making skills, and prepare for successful futures. Our programs support emotional growth, promote resilience, and expose youth to meaningful pathways that lead to long-term stability and success.

We believe in addressing the whole person—mind, future, and purpose—so that every young person we serve can discover their strengths, break generational cycles, and create lasting impact in their families and communities.
